Acrostichum

The genus Acrostichum (leather ferns) consists of three species of ferns with large, leathery upright fronds up to four meters (13 feet) in length. They are endemic to the tropics where they primarily grow in brackish marshes and mangrove swamps.

In the wild these ferns grow tall, but in cultivation they tend to be somewhat shorter.
